The film follows a small cast through a single charged season, leaning on natural light, real rooms, and the rhythm of how people actually talk. It's the kind of work the cinema rewards - patient, observed, scored to silence as much as music.
We treated every setup as if it had to play in a theatre. Locations were scouted at the hour we'd shoot them, blocked with the actors before lights, and covered in long takes wherever the performance would carry it. The cut protects pace over coverage - the film breathes. Post stayed lean: one editor, one colourist, one composer, and a sound mix built for a room of 200 strangers in the dark.
